"My [lord/lady], bandits are attacking a silk caravan belonging to [Your Friend]. [He/She] wants us to fight off the raiders and return [his/her] silk."

Cunning Alignment Quest
Should you select the Cunning option, the following Bonus Quest will activate:

Success
Local smallfolk help drive off the bandits, and exactly half the silk is returned to [Your Friend]. "This is your idea of aid?" [he/she] complains.
Attacking from all sides makes the bandits think they are surrounded and they yield. [Your Friend] grudgingly gives half the recovered silk.
[Your Sworn Sword] makes short work of the bandits. "Half the silk?" [Your Friend] protests. "You're the real thief here!"
The thieves abandon the burning goods, and [Your Sworn Sword] puts the fire out. [Your Friend] complains the returned half smells of smoke.
[Your Sworn Sword] steals the silk as the thieves make off with it. [Your Friend] says for giving back only half you are indeed a thief.
[Your Sworn Sword] will not relent and the thieves give up and leave the carts. [Your Friend] grudgingly gives half the silk recovered.
Failure
The bandits defeat [Your Sworn Sword] and [Your Friend] is derisive of your efforts. "I should have handled it myself," [he/she]says.
[Your Sworn Sword] can't extinguish the fire and the silk burns. [Your friend] tells the story of the burned silk far and wide. [+1 wound. No retry].
[Your Sworn Sword] is unable to steal back the silk. [Your Friend] says "You've been out-thieved by thieves!" and mocks your incompetence.
Truthful Alignment Quest
Should you select the Truthful option, the following Bonus Quest will activate:

[Your Sworn Sword] handily defeats the bandits. [Your Friend] praises your prowess and thanks you for the return of the goods.
[Your Sworn Sword] turns tables on the thieves, and steals back all the silk. [Your Friend] is delighted and impressed, and thanks you.
[Your Sworn Sword] convinces the bandits that silver is better than a fight. [Your Friend] gets [his/her] silk back in good order.
[Your Sworn Sword] pursues the thieves until they abandon the carts. [Your Friend] gets back all of the silk and is very pleased.
[Your Sworn Sword] convinces the thieves that yielding the silk is better than death. [Your Friend] is happy to receive the missing goods.
The carts break apart and the thieves become easy pickings for [Your Sworn Sword]. [Your Friend] is happy to receive the lost silk.
Failure
The thieves scoff at the attempted bribe, and [Your Friend] never gets his/her silk back, and you never live it down.
