Syrio Forel is a master sword-fighter and instructor hired by Lord Eddard Stark to train Arya Stark in the art of Water Dancing. Originally from Braavos he spent nine years there as the First Sword of the city, before relocating to King's Landing. He also trained Eutimio in water dancing.
