Should you select the Family option, the following Sworn Sword Quest will activate:

[Your Sworn Sword] successfully escapes the camp and is en route to Pentos by the time Nyall discovers that you are awake and aware again.
Failure
[Your Sworn Sword] has no opportunity to escape camp. You should try again later, when the sellswords are drunk. [+1 Wound; Must Retry]
Realm Alignment Quest
Should you select the Realm option, the following Sworn Sword Quest will activate:

[Your Sworn Sword] steals one of Nyall's smallest ships and is en route to Westeros by the time Nyall discovers that you are awake and aware again.
Failure
[Your Sworn Sword] can't get anywhere near the ships. You should try again later, when the sellswords are drunk. [+1 Wound; Must Retry]
