"Why is everyone stopped on the Kingsroad?" Kirth asks as the man perched on the wagon. "Two hedge knights aim to settle a dispute," he gossips.

"Because knights are arses who like holding up thirty full wagons," he grumps, then eyes Kirth and says, "Don't repeat that to 'em." Kirth grins.
