House Upcliff of Witch Isle is a noble house from the Vale, a sworn house to House Arryn,they are one of the oldest Houses of the Vale claiming foundation on the Age of Heroes. They blazon their arms with a creasting Sea-green wave on a black field.
Ser Danner Upcliff is a Knight who serves House Targaryen.Their actual lord/lady is not reveal either on the show or on the paper.
On the books the Upcliffs are famous for their sinister reputation,Ursula Upcliff one of the houses historical members wore the tittle "Bride of The Merling King".They became Arryn bannermen when Arwen Upcliff married King Alester II Arryn.
