Building Icon
There are a number of buildings you can construct and upgrade in your holding.

Buildings can increase your Stats and allow you to produce items. All Buildings have a level prerequisite, meaning that you cannot build the Building until your Character has reached that level. There are 8 Fealty Buildings that can only be constructed after a specific Fealty Talent is trained. Since a player can only choose 1 Fealty, they can only build 1 of those 8 exclusive buildings. However, with the Reincarnation mechanic, it is possible to unlock all 8 Fealty Buildings. When a character reincarnates, they can choose one of his trained talents to be permanent. If one chooses the specific talent which unlocks the fealty building, they will be able to construct this building in their later incarnations, even if they didn't choose the corresponding fealty.

You can speed up any building construction or upgrade. When upgrading a building, you can speed up the process by using any available Drink. However, you will need any available Herb (otherwise used for crafting) to speed up first-time construction of a building.


Specialisations
When upgraded, most buildings will increase your main Stats of Battle, Trade, Intrigue (only exceptions are Counting House, Keep and Village Center). Besides main Stat boosts, some upgrades will also grant you additional bonuses, such as crafting speed, improved results chance and similar. Battle and Trade-based buildings will give you those bonuses to all substats, while Intrigue-based buildings have separate bonuses for the 3 sub stats.


Premium Upgrades

Premium Upgrades are Building Upgrades that require Gold Icon Gold to be unlocked.

Once the Gold is used to unlock a Premium Upgrade, that upgrade will remain permanently unlocked from that point onwards, throughout all reincarnations. However, you will still need to meet other requirements to use them; for example, if a premium building upgrade requires 10 upgrades of lower tier, you will need to make those first.

The table below is a complete list of all buildings available in your holding (including Fealty Buildings) and the maximum stats they give when fully upgraded. The numbers in parenthesis indicate totals that are derived with the Premium Upgrades purchased. The last column also states what subskills may be enhanced by the produced equipments or other general characteristics of the building.
